Cathedral Arts Live has a remarkable lineup for its fourth season. We are is thrilled to welcome Multi-award winners Bettman & Halpin to the stage on Friday, October 26, 2018.
Bettman and Halpin have a well-earned reputation for hypnotizing performances filled with irresistible lyrics, transcendent harmonies and roof-raising instrumentals. Their concerts combine high-energy upbeat bluegrass/roots inspired compositions, beautiful ballads with soaring vocals and heartfelt lyrics, and groovy feel-good songs that audiences will be singing in their heads for weeks thereafter. bettmanandhalpin.com
Opening act Kirsten Maxwell is a recent Nashville transplant, born and raised in New York. Without the help of a label, agent, or manager, Maxwell has toured extensively in the U.S, won a number of songwriting competitions and performed in festivals on the East Coast and in Texas. In 2015, she released her debut album, Crimson, and in June of 2018 she put out a self-titled EP. John Apice of No Depression Magazine writes, “her voice alone wraps itself around your ears.” Last December, Maxwell opened for rock icon Melissa Etheridge. @sheismaxwell www.kirstenmaxwell.com
