Event Description
The Evening New Mom's Group is a wonderful opportunity to gather, ask for advice, get evidence-based information, receive emotional support, and meet local moms. Our goal is to help you prepare, get started, and assist with transitions such as pumping or returning to work. Join us to discuss your questions and concerns around balancing parenthood and a career.
Topics may include:
-Appropriate developmental milestones (gross motor, fine motor, sleep)
-Introducing solid food
-Childcare
-Pumping
-Maintaining or increasing milk supply
-Stress and pressures at work and home.
Moms are encouraged to come with their babies.
