DESCRIPTION:Intensive Word Problems and Pre-Algebra\nJune 8th through 
 August 28th ( no class on 7/1, 7/3, 8/12, and 8/14)\nMondays and Wedne
 sdays\n6th,7h, and 8th grade\n2:00-3:30pm\nExams will be given every o
 ther Fridays at 2:00-3:00pm\nExams will be graded\n6 students\nFees: $
 1,200\n\nGoal : “Getting used to think math, not just to do math.”
 \n\nWe are using word problems to review and deepened understanding of
  mathematical concepts, formulas, properties, and rules.\nIntroducing 
 and reviewing algebraic expressions, sums of angles, slopes, solving s
 ystem of equations using substitutions, eliminations, graphing methods
 , rates and proportions.\n\nStudents are expected to:\nA. Be on time (
  after 15 minutes, a student is not allowed to join the session)\nB. 2
  absences are allowed ( with a note from the student and “cc” the 
 parents)\nC. Do the class work and turn in homework in time and with f
 ull efforts\nD. Shall a student needs an extension on homework, an ema
 il is expected from the student ( “cc” the parents)\nE. Participat
 ions are required and expected in every class.\nF. No cell phone is al
 lowed during the class time.\nG. I will expect a student to reach out 
 for necessary help.\nH. Good manners are expected in both, verbal and
