Event Description
Within the chaos that life throws at us
Within the turmoil that our mind makes us experience,
Within the clutter that surrounds us,
There is space ....a sacred space.
Where happiness and joy abounds
The space is within you.
Connect with your inner space with the help of your breath.
Meditate on your your breath and feel the joy of silence.
Meditation will be run by Archana Bagri who is visiting from India and has been taught by Yog Guru Master Minood
11am- 12pm - Atlantic building, 5th floor, lounge
This event is for moms, grandparents, friends and relatives. Please leave kids in the playroom or at home with a caregiver.
