The Sunday workshop is aimed at  working professionals  who are free only on weekends.

The Friday workshop is aimed at Homemakers who would like to pursue their interests & can do so because kids are at school

Purva is an Art Educator from Pune, India.
She has been conducting folk and tribal art workshops for all age groups of art lovers for the past 15 years in various cities in India.
This is her first workshop in the United States.
This workshop is going to be a introduction to the Simplistic Tribal art of the Warli people, from the state of Maharashtra , India.
Their art work is simple and, attractive, and it's the ONE-OF-A-KIND of the Indian art forms done in a SINGLE COLOR-WHITE.
She will be introducing you to the history and culture of these tribal people.

Participants will then be sketching and learning their art motifs, and you will make their own little cards.
Then they will try a hand at painting with white paint onto a photo frame.

Workshop fees: 60$ including material
