HI All

We are moving to a new house in October. We are looking to sublet our existing one bedroom apartment in The One, 110 1st street, jersey City,NJ.

This brand new building has great amenities including swimming pool, gym, yoga room, mini theater, golf simulator, ping pong and pool tables etc.

It is a 5 min walk from Grove Street and 10 mins from newport Path station. Shop Rite and Newport Mall is very close as well.
