Furnished spacious bedroom available for the month of Feb in a newer and nicer building in Newport, Jersey City. The apartment is shared with two young professionals who are non-interfering. You would have your own bedroom and bathroom will be shared with one girl.

Path station is one block away- 12mins to World Trade Center (Downtown), and 18 mins to 34th Street (Midtown). Newport mall, grocery stores, Starbucks are a minute's walk. Building has a resident lounge with pool table.

Breath-taking view of Manhattan skyline and Hudson river.

Rent: $1100 per month
Security Deposit: Standard- (1.5 times room rent i.e $1650 which is refundable)
Utilities: Shared among 3 room mates
