Hi,

We are looking for someone to do a lease take over for three months (with option to renew longer term) in the Laguna building in Newport. It's a beautiful 2 bed/ 2 bath apartment with views of Manhattan and the Hudson River.

Lease take over will be starting early Jul through early Oct. The actual rent is $4,300/month but we are offering cash upfront that will lower rent effectively to $3,500/month.
