We are renting our condo unit as we are moving.

The unit is located in an upscale condominium building (A condo) on Washington street, Jersey city. The unit has a beautiful view of Manhattan.

Convenience: It is just 5 minutes walk to Grove street/Exchange place/Newport path station. The light rail stop is also right next to the building. Lot of restaurants, cafes and bars in walking distance at Newport area or downtown Grove street area. Pre-school and kids classes in walking distance from building.

 The unit is well maintained with new microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The closets in both bedrooms were also redesigned to accommodate more. The living room area has floor to ceiling glass and completely hardwood floor. The building has a nice gym, small lounge and 24/7 concierge service.
