We are moving out and hence looking to rent our 2 bedroom (+huge furnished basement) townhouse for rent. The townhouse is in great condition and looks almost new, built 2005.
It is located within a gated community with security personnel at all times. It has various amenities like swimming pool, tennis courts, kids parks(2), clubhouse etc.
Driveway can accommodate 2 car park. 15 min drive to JSQ/Groove street path station.
The neighborhood is very kid friendly.
