My wife and I recently purchased a home and we need to find someone to take over our lease:

- 14th floor of Pacific building (closest building to Path station - 2 min walk)
- Large 1 bedroom/1 bath - ~800 sq ft
- Apt is priced below comparable units on Newport website because of Jan 31 lease end date (comparable apartments are over $2700 currently)
- Built in microwave and dishwasher
- Unobstructed views of Hudson river and downtown Manhattan
- Very bright and sunny southern exposure
- Laundry machines on every floor

- Looking for someone to take over existing lease that ends in Jan 31 2017 (during low season, which means the rent is more likely to stay below market.) You can renew the lease then if you want.
- New renter responsible for $250 of application and lease transfer fees
- Landlord will need to verify credit and income
