Our previous nanny is looking to come back to work now that her baby is one year old. Ranjana is Indian, speaks decent working English, and was with us for over three years and was a very integral part of our household. She is very affectionate (very sweet and always took care of the kids like her own), responsible (if for some reason she could not come on a certain day, she always had a back up resource available) and has a very solution oriented/resourceful mindset. Ranjana was like a project manager for our household, keeping our two kids on schedule, school pick up and drop, play dates, after school classes, taking care of household work including cooking, laundry etc. It was a challenging transition for us when she had to take a break last year due to the arrival of her newborn.
