Empowerment Academy - Charter School - Opinion

Hi All

Looking for some advice/ opinion on the Empowerment Acad Charter School in Jersey City. 

Not much info on the schools / the education system here in the US. Was exploring online. 

So turning to NewportMommy for advice on the same.

My daughters got into Empowerment School for next year (Sept 2016 - into KG & Grade1).

They go to Cordero Public School as of now.

Rating wise , I have seen that there is a vast difference.

Any inputs, esp from someone who have their kids already going to Empowerment/ Beloved

1. How the Empowerment academy school is?

2. Given an option between Empowerment academy and Cornelia F Bradford Elementary (PS 16) ( charter and a public school) - pros/ cons?

3. Better quality of education between the both 

Any info is appreciated.
