My nanny, Anita, has been with us for almost 2 years now and has been excellent. She has watched all three of my kids ages 5, 3, and 1 with ease. It is not easy to watch three kids under 5 but Anita does it wonderfully. The kids all love her and she loves my kids. She has become part of our family. We are sorry that she can't come with us as we move to the suburbs at the end of this month. However, our loss is your gain!

I am posting this message on her behalf since I think she is great and any family will be lucky to have her. I have had my share of nannies and I have to say Anita is the best nanny that I have had over the past 5 years.  She is a working mom's dream. It is so nice to come home and the kids are happy, she has made dinner and the house is clean. She cooks primarily indian food, which is great since the kids get a lot of vegetables every day. Her food is very yummy and she is willing to alter how she cooks it to fit our family's tastes. I have been very happy with her. She also lives in Jersey City so has never missed a day of work even though we have had such a horrible winter. She is also always on-time and has had probably only 1 sick day over the past 2 years. 

I know she does a wonderful job since other moms have told me so when they see them at the park or playrooms. My kids are not easy to take care of and have a lot of energy, especially the boy, who is constantly running around. Anita knows so many people that he is always going on playdates and has become a very social, independent kid. My daughter has also broken out of her shell and has started to play more with other kids as well. With the weather terrible, it was very nice to have the kids visit different playrooms in the area so they can still get their energy out.
