I am looking for someone who can take over my lease from dec 1st. My lease will expire in mid march 2017. You can renew the lease if you want to ( after it expires in march. ).
This is one large bedroom apartment , with huge living room , separate kitchen and one bath. its in Atlantic building. The original rent is 2775, but i have reduced it to 2300 (until mid march ). its just 2 min walk to path train station.
