Lease of apt for 6 months
We are looking to extend our apt lease by 5/6 months. Our work contract ends in 5 months and so we will be returning to India.
In this context I have the following questions:
1) has anyone done a short term lease agreement with the Newport management office;
2) do they give you a reasonable rate
3) if you do not get a short term lease what do people generally do
4) is there anyone looking to sub lease their apt in Newport from mid/last week of April 2014 to September 30 2014.
Will highly appreciate a prompt response.
