I see some extremely negative comments on young businesses that have just launched and thought I would share my thoughts as a moderator - Its very great that people take the time and effort to post a review and as a community we greatly benefit from them too.

I would only request that when it comes to negative reviews, as a first step please first directly state the recommendation to the business and if needed let me know and I can let the business know without mentioning your name. If you still feel that posting is necessary, you must post with your correct email address that is linked to your facebook profile ( Due Diligence to make sure you are a real person and not a fake poster)

Most don't realize the power of such a big community - one negative statement here can sometimes completely demolish a new business.
