We are moving to Bay Area and are looking to sublease out 1 BD apartment from Jan 1st till June 30th (move in dates are negotiable). The apartment is in the newport area (South Hampton building) on 23rd floor with south exposure (Downtown View). The rent is $2500(negotiable)
