Relocation from West Coast on March 23rd and looking for lease or sub-lease a room/shared accommodation in the Newport/Jersey City area. Close to PATH or Light Rail would be a hugh plus. Open to discussing/negotiating rent, terms and conditions to make it work! Ideally looking to start with a 3 to 6 month lease if required.
