Music/Art teachers for toddlers?

I was wondering if anyone knew of any music or art teacher that would come to someone's house to teach music/art to multiple students? It can even be a teacher that could teach them nursery rhymes, do other activities with the kids.

We are a bunch of parents who are looking for at home classes for our toddlers.

Anyone have any contacts that they can share?
