Nanny Needed ASAP for 8 month old - MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE

I am looking for a compassionate nanny for my 8 month old baby.  I need flexibility with the hours due to my work schedule. I would ideally prefer live in & live out flexibility.  I will also need help with cooking & doing house hold chores like cleaning, laundry, etc. 

I need someone to start immediately! Any lead would be highly appreciated. Must have experience with babies & toddlers.
