Online I-94 not found

Hi

I went on a vacation to India and came back to the country using Advance Parole. Now that we do not have paper I-94, I was not issued one. when I try to get it from the website with all the details entered, I get 'not found'

I provide all the details correct in the online form. But, not able to retrieve my I-94.

have anyone of you faced similar situation ? And what did you do to get I-94.
