Part TIme Nanny Rates

Can someone please give me some information on part time nanny rates and benefits?  What is the hourly rate?  Do you provide transportation and vacation days?

It depends on number of hours you employ
If you hire for 7 or more hours a day and 5 days a week minimum then it's as good as full time which has all full time benefits

If its 3-4 hrs per day what would the compensation and benefit be like?

I called a few nannies and everyone seems to be asking $15 as a part time rate.
