My family has lived in the Newport area for the past few years. My daughter, 20 something- currently employed as an Educational Specialist for a NYC high-end tutoring agency is looking to move out of the nest. If you have a room to rent in the area and would like to have your own live in part-time tutor/baby sitter please contact me.  She can afford about $700-$1000 per month and works from 9 am-6 pm Tue-Sat which means she would not be available during the day except for Monday or after 6pm to babysit or tutor.  She has graduated college and is amazing with children.  She is a former after school teacher at Stevens Cooperative and has several years experience as a nanny with references and wants to put her Sociology degree to work.
