Do you pay your nanny if she decides to not come in on snow days? Yesterday was a snow day but transportation systems were working so could have theoretically showed up, so it was more of a personal choice to not do so which is totally fine, but what's the market practice for paying for it? Thanks.

I typically always have paid when I had a live out nanny.. the reasoning being that if I get paid from my work there is no reason for me not to pay her as well
