We are looking for someone who can take over our lease or want to sublet my unit.

For lease take over, Period is starting July 1 or earlier and ending April 30, 2016 and rent payment is $3,380 (This is required by newport management office for new lease take over policy). Our actural lease is expired  at the end of October.

For Subtlet, Period is starting July 1 or earlier until 31st of October, 2015 and rent payement is $3,200 but negotiable by conditions.

Our unit on 29th floor is facing south with a great direct Manhattan view at Aquablu apartment and very warm in winter and a lot of wind and cool during hot summer. You will save utility fee. If you can take over our lease, we will professionally clean our unit and paint any necessary walls. So, you will feel a new unit when you move in.
