Trying to sublease my apartment at Marbella

Hi Everyone!

I stay at Marbella apartments in a two bedroom two bath apartment on the 31st floor with a beautiful view of Manhattan as well as Statue of Liberty.  For job reasons, we need to move out from NJ so I am trying to sublease my apartment.  Still 8 months of lease is left.  The security deposit and Annual amenity fee, a total of $1750 has already been paid and is not expected.  The monthly rent is $3590 which also includes the TV cable as well as full speed internet. We are ready to talk on special offer for the first month, and it will be ready to occupy from July 1st or even earlier if anyone needs.

Please do help me by putting this word forward and getting my apartment subleased.
