Urgent: 1 BR sub-let in Newport

Hello,

We will be traveling for more than a month, from Nov 16, 2016 to December 25, 2016. We'd like to sublet our fully furnished apartment in Newport for the above duration.

The apartment complex is in a very safe area, with 24-hour doorman. Laundry on each floor. Only a 2-minute walk to Newport PATH station; commute to Manhattan is 10 minutes. Minutes walk to a fully equipped Gym, Duane Reade pharmacy, Morton Williams, Newport Mall, Banks, etc.

The rent is $2500 per month, which includes utilities (electricity, internet, cable). We pay more than this and therefore, this is a good offer.
