UX/VX Designer Needed

Looking for user experience and visual experience design help to redesign the desktop and mobile websites of a not-for-profit.  It entails about 10-15hrs of design work over the course of the project.  The person should be willing to work pro bono.  The work will be done remotely, and hours are flexible.
