Actually, the reason why Im reaching out is because my nanny's name is also Asha Patel, but she is not the one you have put a warning about. But because the community is more dense and populated, Im aware that there are many nannies by the same name Asha Patel.

The reason I know this because its a coincidence that your nanny had once come to work in my house too for a trial, and funnily my nanny Asha Patel only had brought her to work for me. But i didnt keep her because she was very lousy and did the work just for the heck of it, that too on a trial job, so I completely understand what you feel.

But the issue that my nanny is facing now is that people are questioning her based on your warning, and she usually looks for weekend jobs for herself and her relatives, so she is having a tough time trying to convince people that the review was about someone else and not her.

So if its not too much trouble, would you please share a picture or any ID if she submitted to you? Its not fair that one person's wrong doing is affecting another person's income and livelihood, who are actually sincere and hard working.

I hope you understand that Im trying to help my nanny out because she was upset that she is bearing the brunt of this, only because her name is the same.
