Fall Harvest Pies

No more waiting in lines at the corner bakery for your holiday pies! Join us and learn the secrets to delicious and impressive pies to indulge your guests. You will learn how to make the perfect pie crust and fillings from scratch, including Apple Pie, Pecan Pie and Pumpkin Pie just to name a few. With this class, you will be the most popular guest at your holiday gatherings this season. Students must wear flat, closed-toe shoes.

Winter Wonderland Cookies

Winter is coming! Come celebrate this festive season with unique decorating ideas for beautiful cut-out cookies, like the ones you see on cooking shows. See your children's faces light up when they create beautiful and delicious winter wonderland cookies. Learn how to create snowmen, snowflakes, mittens and so much more out of a simple cookie dough and then learn how to decorate them using an icing recipe that you can easily make at home! Students must wear flat, closed-toe shoes.

Come channel your inner Willy Wonka and learn how to create your own sweet treats from start to finish with your child. Mix and stir your way into a basic introduction of milk, white and dark chocolate, learning how to dip and garnish your confectionary creations and other chocolate treats! You can look forward to taking home your sweet creations! Students must wear flat, closed-toe shoes.

Come bask in the scents of the season while creating new favorites for your family. With our chef, bake gingersnap cookies, flourless chocolate cakes with a salted caramel sauce, an orange-zested, cinnamon-cranberry Bundt cake and create white chocolate peppermint bark, all great for snacking and gifting! Students must wear flat, closed-toe shoes.

The artistry of baking can be richly rewarding and enjoyable when you possess a strong foundation in the basics. Learn about the tools you need-as well as ingredients and techniques used by the professionals-to create quality in the most delicious yeast breads and batter breads in the comfort of your own kitchen. Students must wear flat, closed-toe shoes.
