Posting on behalf of a friend Move Out sale - Household items

Move out sale by owner for the following items:

1. TV - LG 55" 1080p LED HDTV - Refurbished TV 3 years old, in perfect condition, available for $325. Not a smart TV but as good as one with Chromecast or a similar device. I use Chromecast (available in market at $35) to watch Netflix / HBO Go / Showcase / ESPN / NBC Sport streaming etc. from my iPad/cell phone.

2. TV table / stand / rack - 3 years old, purchased from Ashley furniture, in great condition, available for $225

3. Sofa + Loveseat - 3 years old, purchased from Ashley furniture, in perfect condition, available for a combined price of $900.

4. End tables (tables you keep next to sofa / loveseat) - 2 sets of sliding tables each of which have 2 tables. Available for a combined price of $125.

5. Dining table - 3 years old, purchased from Ashley furniture, in perfect condition, available for $250

6. Lamps - 2, less than 3 years old, purchased from JC Penny, in perfect condition. Available for $35 each.

7. Book shelf / show case - Purchased online, in perfect condition, available for $40

All these goods are in great condition - many of them sparingly used and maintained well by a small family of two. 

All the goods are 3 or less than 3 years old. Prices quoted are 50% of the purchase price (max) or lower.
