Tsering Dawa mentioned she has long years experience in baby sitting... she joined my friends place couple of months back... agreeing to do all job duties that was mentioned ... my friend had her mother in law that time but since her mother in law left Tsering has been pressurizing her back and forth to reduce work load and give her 1 hour is relax time dialy... even not willing to do the chores which she knew was part of her daily routine... she has been keeping unwell but didn’t discuss or tell her health issues and kept avoiding talking clearly about it to the point where she started accusing the job duties being the reason for her keeping unwell.. lately she has been extremely dramatic and very dominating with her behavior... she left without proper notice ... she can’t speak good hindi or English and has language problem due to which most times she misunderstood what’s being said and constantly got into fights and arguments with the family... she also is not well and seems to be looking for a job which offers her great pay with only baby duties and least workload ... she is good to speak to initially but has bad temper issues which impacted the family s peace of mind specially since they have no one now to take care of their child as they both work full time... this lady is very vindictive and seems to never accept her faults ... she is having some health issues which she is not clear or honest about so just a point of caution for anyone who is or will be considering her for future position...
