To clarify - is this Dolma a young college-going girl who works part time at a childcare center? We have been calling her for occasional baby sitting but she has been very flaky with us. Not sure if its the same one.
We also had a tough time with her anger issue and had thought of complaining, but unfortunately, there wasn't much we could benefit from in terms of legal action. I think the best would be to post her picture or share her number with fellow moms in various groups, so no one else ends up in this situation.
I hope you find a good nanny very soon. And let me know if you just want to speak - sometimes it helps!
