I am letting my current nanny go for multiple reasons (considering staying home with her and other care options with family). I would recommend her if you're looking for help with your kids and help around the house.

Jamna ben has great references from a few Newport mommies and is highly sought after. However, she asks for the standard nanny salary. She is very clean and is a great cook. She has been very loving and caring towards my 6 month old daughter.  My daughter loves getting massages from her. She has also helped me get her on a routine (as much as you can with a 6 month old baby). She goes above and beyond on a daily basis (making bed, making tea, picking up groceries, organizing baby's drawers, etc.) without being asked.
