Hi - I am looking for a nanny who is willing to work 48 hours a week. My friend and I will be sharing the same nanny. My son is 2.5 and my friends daughter 1.5 years old. For two days a week (8 hours per day) the nanny will have to care for both kids. The remaining three its just one child at a time. We will pay $620 a week plus transportation. When the kids are sleeping some light cooking is expected. Laundry once a week as well. Our loving, honest and caring nanny is available for a full time position starting March 19th. She has taken care of our baby girl since she was 3 months, and is very hands on. She has also been very helpful around the house and does all the needed tasks without a fuss and always has a smile. Nanny Recommendation: So, we are moving to the West Coast and it means that we cannot take our most amazing nanny with us though I wish we could! She made my life easier the FIRST day she joined. I have a now 9-month-old daughter and even though she has only worked for us for a few months she feels like part of our family. She is BRILLIANT with my daughter - engaging her mentally, reading books, doing flash cards, singing songs, bubbles the works! She also taught her how to say bye-bye and point to my nose and eyes! She teaches her something new all the time. I can’t say enough good things about my nanny. She maintains a log sheet of what Riva did all day which includes what she ate, naps, diapers and activities. It’s such a pleasure reading that log at the end of the day. She is reliable, always on time, and flexible – with my crazy work schedule knowing I can count on her to be flexible is a blessing! She also drives so is happy to take baby to any classes. Apart from being great with Riva – she also makes my job much easier by keeping the house spotless when Riva sleeps, she will wipe down her toys, do laundry and is always on her feet. Hi,

Just want to let moms know to be careful of hiring nanny named Sumi. She came and stayed with us for a week and was very uncomfortable in explaining about her visa status and constantly kept changing her story about who is she here with. Her daughter said she has a sister in NY and a man kept calling saying its her son. She would non-stop get calls from Nepal (i guess) And then when we asked her further about where her family she quit abruptly, didn't even tell she was leaving. Very shady and unreliable.
