I unfortunately need to part ways with my nanny of two years now that my son is heading to school. Radica began watching my son as well as my neighbor's son when we they turned 3 months old. The boys are turning two and my neighbor is moving out of town and my son is starting school.

I am looking to find a position for my nanny. She took care of my daughter from 3 months until 2 yrs old. She was amazing every step of the way... she cooked for her... she taught her counting, ABC's, poems... everything. She was very reliable, honest and punctual. Our previous nanny is available (Full-time/reduced hours) to start from this Feb. She did an excellent job with our kid and was with us for over 2 years. We have to let her go now as we no longer need a nanny. She also helps with household chores and is very responsible, caring and punctual. Hello everyone,

Looking for a play teacher who is highly energetic, child caring. and dynamic to engage/play with my 1.5 yr old toddler girl preferably in the morning for 1.5-2 hours at least 3/4 a week. I may be open to afternoon hours if I find the right person.

The person should have high energy to plan and do various activities for each play day such as running, jumping, playing with the ball, exercise time, music time with actions, learning poems, basic alphabets and counting etc are some examples. The person should be able to sit, jump, bend legs etc comfortably in order to perform activities with my child.

Please do not hire Renisha Patel as nanny. I had her part time for 4 months to take care of my 2 year old daughter. She is a very short tempered woman who is always ready to argue and gets very nasty. She didn't like to take any instructions and kept increasing her demands while working for us. When we resisted she started looking for new job and left us without giving any notice.  She is apparently a part of a big nanny network so she felt that she can have a bad attitude and still get a job anywhere, anytime. Please don't invest your time and energy in dealing with someone like her.

My excellent babysitter is available for an immediate full time position.  Ideally she would prefer to work for an Indian family.  She speaks Hindi and Gujarati fluently and some English.  We are sad to see her go but are moving out of the area and so cannot take her with us. 

Aruna has been taking care of my son since he was born and he is now almost 6.  She has been very loving and caring towards him.  Always punctual and willing to help around the house.  She took care of cooking (vegetarian) for the family and laundry as well.
