I recommend a very educated, intelligent and honest lady (35 + years old) for your kids.
She is currently looking for a job as a nanny/babysitter in Jersey City ( NJ)!
She is very responsible, kind, experienced and really good with children. Outstanding references from several families!
BA degree in psychology!
USA citizen (Fluent in English and Russian).

My nanny is looking for part time help/cooking work on the weekends. She works with us full time on weekdays and is fabulous with my 6 month old. Speaks hindi and gujurati and cooks good vegetarian punjabi and gujrati food. She also is very good with baby massages. Hi, I am looking for a full time baby sitter starting from Jun, 2016. We live in Exchange place, paulus hook area. We need someone from 8 am - 7 pm ( monday , wednesday, thursday and friday). Sometimes we may need the person to come a little early and stay longer. Our child is more than 5 years, but needs active monitoring, drop off/ pick up from school, taking to classes etc. Light housework , laundry etc will be additional responsibilities.

My previous cook Iona Auntie is looking for full time/part time baby sitting/cooking job in the Newport/Jersey City area. She is very fluent in was a English teacher back in India.
Though she hasn't worked for her as Nanny but she has great references from her previous employers. She is an excellent cook (veg/non veg) and we had very good experience with her.

We hired Ramila Hasmukhbhai (201 920 4148)  for 4 days as a nanny and cook and had to let her go. Please you your discretion in hiring her. She is punctual, good at cooking and efficient in the kitchen but does not have the infant care experience she claimed in interview. She needed supervision during regular diaper changes, did not know correct bottle feeding techniques, could not massage the baby, read hunger cues and worse, that shaking a cranky baby is unacceptable. She has never heard of Shaken Baby Syndrome (SBS). Does not multitask or plan ahead in anticipation of the tasks she is expected to perform during the 9 hour workday and needs constant reminders. She was happy to sit at one spot and stay glued to her phone chatting and messaging (asked us for wifi password) for most of the work day. As a nanny, she was not friendly, affectionate or willing to engage with our 5 month old and tried putting him to sleep for most part in the interest of her own downtime. In our assessment, she isn't suitable for unsupervised infant care.
