Channa Masala

Ingredients:
  • 250 Gms Cheak Peas Soaked for 6 hours
  • 2 small Potato
  • 1 Inch Ginger 
  • 1 Tea Chilli Powder or 4 Green Chilli
  • 1 Tea Spoon  Cumin Powder
  • 1 Tea Spoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 Tea Spoon Turmeric
  • 1 Big Tomato
  • Salt as per taste
  • Sugar as per taste
  • 1/2 Tea Spoon Whole Cumin
  • 2 Bay Leaves
  • 4 Tea Spoon Cooking Oil
  • Coriander Leaves
  • Ghee 1 Tea Spoon
Instructions:
  1. Boil the Soaked  Chickpeas and the Chopped potato for 4- 5 whistle in pressure cooker with little turmeric and salt.
  2. Mix the the ingredients Grated Tomato, Cumin, Coriander, Turmeric, Chilli Powder, Salt, Salt, Grated Ginger in a cup
  3. Heat oil in the pan
  4. Add whole cumin and Bay leaves in the pan for 1 minute
  5. Add the ingredients mixture in the pan
  6. Sir the mixture till the oil comes out from the mixture around 2-3 minutes in medium flame
  7. Pour the mixture in the boiled Chickpeas.
  8. Cook the Chickpeas for  5 minutes.
  9. Add chopped little Coriander Leaves
  10. Add Ghee and Stop the flame.
