Ingredients:

  • Fried Paneer Cubes 30 medium Pieces
  • Bay Leaves-2
  • Dried Red Chilies -2
  • Salt-3 Tea Spoon
  • Green Chilies Paste-2 Table Spoon
  • Sugar-1 Tea Spoon
  • Ghee
  • Cashew Paste - 4 Table Spoon
  • Raisins   Paste- 4 Table Spoon
  • Ginger Paste- 2Table Spoon
  • Garam Masala 1/2 Tea Spoon
  • Nutmeg & Mace Powder 1/2 Tea Spoon

 

 Steps:

1) Add Ghee in heated PAN

2) Once Ghee is little hot Add Dried Chilli

3) Add Bay Leave

4) Add Ginger Paste

5) Add Green Chilli Paste

6) Add Cashew paste

7) Add little water

8) Stir for 2-4 minute so that cashew is cooked

9) Add Raisins Paste

10) Add Salt

11) Add Sugar

12) Add Garam Masala

13) Add Nutmeg

14) Add Mace powder

15) Add Paneer

16) Stir
