Your money goes towards a good cause — Mansha’s therapy

Mansha is a sweet 4-year-old girl from Bangalore, India, and a special needs kid. She desperately needs treatment for a rare disease called Hyper Insulinisim( HIHA). Mansha’s insulin levels are always high and thus cause dangerously low sugars, so she’s on medication to keep the insulin on track, but her genetic condition

also causes her to have random seizures. Mansha has been suffering and has health complications, which include major developmental delays. At 4 years old, Mansha still doesn’t speak and has issues

with motor skills. She needs extensive physical, speech and occupational therapies in addition to other daily care. Mansha does not have insurance and the proceeds go entirely towards her treatment. Mansha is Purva’s daughter.
