I wanted to share my 2 cent for my recent experience in dolphin park.

I was in dolphin park with my daughter.

Nanny Narmada was there with very naughty kid(boy) having very loose hands. During discussion, argument after incidence, Narmada was even accepting openly that kids has habit like this.

Even after knowing kid habits, she was completely overlooking him and enjoying in personal gup-shup. This could also put kid in risk too any time.

Narmada was full busy in her personal talk with someone else, and/or over phone whole time in park.

My daughter was playing on slide. Narmada was completely unaware that this naughty boy has already hit my daughter, pulled hairs and scratch on face in front of me. This all happened in front of me, even before I rushed to stop this, reached to my daughter.

Though my daughter is well now, but sharing this to caution everyone for Narmada so that no one would go same kind of incident anytime.

Being mother of 2 kids, I know this kind of incidences are normal in park. Almost in all incidences either me or mother or adult supervising other kids came forward to stop kids. So not a big deal.

But incidences like this is very dangerous & alarming, as our kids are very precious & our life too.

Nannies like Narmada who is so irresponsible, insensible and not even serious with her profession.

Anything can happen to kids, lady like Narmada will just say SORRY if something went wrong.

Be careful in selecting nannies. Same kid has also hit other kid too after this incidence. His mother name is Sampada.

Regards,
Nainee

Every family should install a camera to monitor their nanny at home. This kind of behavior will be caught very easily after monitoring them for a few days.

Most of us are living in complete ignorance IMO. I installed a camera after 4 months of my nanny being with me (thinking i'll get to see my child as he is growing), only to realize that she was on the phone all the time - literally all the time, with very little interaction with the baby even when my baby was awake. I am finally getting rid of her.
