Sublet Shared Accomodation

Hi all,

Would like to know about shared accomodations in newport  for my niece who is coming to do  her masters in bio technology (Columbia university, NYC) from second week of August 2015. Any recommendations will be very helpful...Thanks.

Thanks a lot... looking for a lesser budget. Since she is a student she is comfortable for something between 500-600$.
