Hi mommies

I am looking for a full time nanny for my 4 month old. I would appreciate if you could kindly provide answers to the following:
1. How much would a live in and live out charge on a weekly basis? I need a nanny for 10 hours a day. do I need to give transportion cost?
2. If live in, until what time will they work? I am home by 5.30 pm. I don't expect the nanny to work the whole time after I return, but will she be ok to clean up after dinner?
3. What does a live in typically do when the parents return from work?
4. How many sick and vacation time does one give?

Any other useful hints, please feel free to write to me. I haven't had a full time nanny and would love to get your input.
