Looking for nanny for October- any ideas?

Anyone recommend a nanny for a newborn they may not need after sept/oct?
Also any day cares near Newport you recommend?

I highly recommend my previous nanny (Shanti) - she is tibetan and is very hard working and extremely reliable and trust-worthy. Would be happy to provide a reference - Her number is 718-496-2228.
