Paid holidays for nanny

Hello moms, I am new to the nanny world. I have a full time nanny and wanted to know how many paid holidays do you provide your nannies?
Eg : thanks giving- one day or 2 days? And which other holidays do you give?

Only federal paid holidays which you get only those. So if you don’t have off on Veterans Day so Nanny doesn’t get off either
So just thanksgiving no Black Friday
