My previous nanny is available - Sichoe - 917-373-4425. She is excellent. Only reason I had to let her go is because my LO started school. Would be happy to provide further reference.

I met with Sichoe and she is a natural with kids. Unfortunately, I live too far away and it did not work out. But she is really awesome !!

Hi Ladies

I finally found someone for the summer. I just wanted to note that I did not find Vandana to be a suitable nanny on a full-time basis at all for two kids aged 2 and 5. There is a bad review about her in one of the other threads in the forum. I just had her for one day. Things that turned me off - 

1. She barely moved the entire time she was in our house. Took no initiative to change diapers or help around the house.

2. She mentioned that she had pain in her legs but forgot to take medication that day. I found this odd considering that this was her first day. 

At the end of the day, my mother - who the nanny was supposed to help, said that she wanted a younger person. So someone else who has a single child or multiple very obedient children "might" find her ok.
